Here at Swan Care Brokers we believe that business owners in the care sector need a different approach when it comes to selling their business!

Due to the varying laws, legislation and compliance requirements in the care sector, we feel that a more, sector specific approach is needed.

We also feel it is important to tailor all of our marketing strategies on an individual basis to ensure all of our clients find the right buyer and achieve maximum value for their business.

We have developed and perfected a unique, 3 tier approach to selling care businesses.

Prime

Once you have instructed us to market your business, we invest a significant amount of time and resources to ensure that your business is in PRIME position for sale.

During our prime stage, we will:

  • Gather and research relevant pieces of information needed to successfully sell your business. These documents could include lease agreements, qcc reports, ofsted reports, accounts, etc
  • Take the time to fully understand your business and your requirements for sale and provide you with a dedicated (sector specific) team to ensure that you have the right people representing your business
  • Conduct a thorough analysis of your market place and competitors
  • Instruct our team of creative writers to create a ‘best in class’ Information Memorandum/brochure for your business
  • Create a bespoke Non-Disclosure Agreement for your business to ensure a confidential sale

Verify

Once we have primed your business for sale we will then VERIFY potential buyers to identify the right buyer for your business.

During this stage we will:

  • Draw up a list of competitors that could be interested in your business and discreetly approach them

  • Scour our database of potential buyers and our buyer network to try and source a buyer

  • Confidentially advertise your business on specialist (online) portals

  • Verify each and every interested party to ensure they are the right fit for your business

Succeed

Once we have found you the right buyer we will then push your sale to completion.

During this stage we will:

  • Negotiate the best deal for you in terms of structure and price

  • Prepare all relevant documentation, such as drawing up the Letter of Intent document for your buyer

  • Liaise with organisations and regulators, such as Ofsted and QCC, where applicable.

  • Celebrate your success with you
