Swan Care Brokers are a specialist business broker that operates solely in the Care Sector. We specialise in the sale of ‘CARE’ businesses across the UK and represent a wide range of clients.

Our brokerage can accommodate business owners of various ‘care’ businesses, however, we specialise in the sale of children’s nurseries, (domiciliary) care agencies and care homes. We have sold businesses of all shapes, sizes and structures, from a small independent business to nationally recognised groups.

Swan Care Brokers are part of a national business brokerage group, who sell businesses of all types and sizes across the UK, via our different brands.

What We Do

Having sold several ‘Care’ businesses via our other brands we recognised that the business transfer industry was in need of a business broker that specialised in the Care Sector and who truly understands the obstacles and legislation facing business owners in this sector. Due to this discovery and the growing appetite for independent ‘care’ businesses, we formed Swan Care Brokers.

Due to the fact that we are an ageing population, the growing pressure on the NHS for their care services and the new fashion of ‘working families’, the demand for Care Homes, Care Agencies and Nurseries has never been greater, neither has the demand for a specialist business broker to service these clients!
